Beth Kennedy brings more than 20 years of experience to her role as a career/ leadership coach and team/career development expert. With an extensive background in career development, she can fully support leaders and other professionals as they assess their current skills to better execute their current roles.
In her many years as a leadership coach, Beth has taught teams across the country how to work together and helped dozens of executives focus on career success and enhance their productivity. Beth also designs corporate programs and training sessions to manage change and conflict, and improve communication skills. Current and past clients credit her dynamic training design, facilitation and follow-up coaching model for their documented results and success.
Ms. Kennedy has a diverse client list including dozens of small businesses, nonprofit organizations, individual clients, and corporations such as Millennium – The Takeda Oncology Company,The Gillette Company, Nike, Converse, GMAC – Graduate Management Admission Council, and Procter & Gamble.
Beth holds a BS from Bethany College, an MS in Human Resource Counseling from Northeastern University, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies from the University of Massachusetts at Boston. She is a certified Leadership Coach Academy Talent Management/Leadership Coach, a certified Linkage Inc. Leadership Coach, and a member of the American Society for Training & Development and Career Directors International. She holds certifications and qualifications in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator instrument, Work Behavior Inventory (WBI), the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode instrument, Lominger Leadership Architect, Multidimensional Leadership Profile (MLP), The Power To Connect, Who Moved My Cheese, and Individual Transition in Organizations through Linkage, Inc., and the ARSENAL stress and resiliency assessment.
