How Leadership Coaching works:
The coaching process starts with intake interviews and assessments to identify what’s working and what needs to be improved. Clients can rely on the expertise of Benatti Training and Development to select the most suitable tools from over 50 career and organizational development assessments.
Plan for action
With these assessments providing insights and data, Beth Kennedy works personally with each participant to clarify development priorities and coaching goals. Together, they establish customized action plans that focus on key improvement areas and support greater success at work.
Beth schedules regular coaching sessions with the participant to implement the plan. Before each session, the participant completes a prep form to ensure accountability and continued focus on the action plan. Throughout the process, Beth uses the proprietary Benatti Resiliency Model to help individuals build resiliency and the ability to cope with change.
Towards the end of the engagement, Beth meets with the participant and manager to review progress and clarify the commitment needed to reinforce changes and continued development.
