How it works

Assessment
Beth conducts interviews and assessments to understand the current situation—what’s working and what needs to change.
Plan for action
Beth works with the participant to clarify development priorities and coaching goals.


Accountability
Beth schedules regular coaching sessions with the participant to implement the plan. Before each session, the participant completes a prep form to ensure accountability and continued focus on the action plan.
Change
At the end of the engagement, Beth meets with the client and manager to review progress and clarify the commitment needed to reinforce changes and continued development.
