Pick one you would like to improve on this month. Every Monday morning ask yourself, how you can be more proactive in this area. Let’s use support as an example. Maybe you realize that you never actively network unless your job searching or a colleague reaches out to you. Monday morning set a support goal for the week. Some easy examples are to: schedule lunch with a colleague, connect with three people on LinkedIn, or schedule time with a close friend who recharges you. Resiliency strategies are not meant to create more stress but as a client shared with me recently, “he felt more energized and had the patience he needs for a challenging project”.
- Beginning this Monday, pick one area and set a resiliency goal and share with me how it has made an impact for you or share with me strategies you are presently using that may help others.
