Five-hour live training class focused on the proprietary Benatti Resiliency Model. Geared to preventing burnout and empowering employees to focus on attention management and enhanced productivity. Results include career confidence, greater engagement and added value to the organization.
MBTI Team Type Training
Five-hour live training class based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the most valid personality assessment used in organizations today. Results include team building, enhanced strategic communication and self-awareness. This training can incorporate Type-to-Type, an interactive experience that provides teams with tips on how to communicate with each personality type.
Personal Branding Training: Discover, Develop and Communicate Your Brand
Organizations benefit when individuals can identify their brand assets and are aware of how they can best add value in their career and industry. Results include empowering employees to identify what part of their brand they want to develop to better address the organization's needs and enhance their career satisfaction. This training can also be offered in webinar format.
Talent Management Coaching
Talent management coaching helps an employee develop or improve on a specific competency, e.g., working with a project manager who needs to polish his or her communication skills. This program is laser-focused and typically lasts six to eight weeks.
Included with the coaching is a stress resiliency assessment and training in the proprietary Benatti Resiliency Model. This training helps an employee learn how to adapt to changing circumstances, manage their career proactively, and increase mental and physical functioning.
