Beth Kennedy brings more than twenty years of experience to her role as a leadership and executive coach and team training and development expert. She has helped hundreds of individuals at all levels of an organization reach their maximum potential, accomplish their goals and achieve success.
With an extensive background in career development, she coaches leaders and other individuals as they assess their current skills, clarify their priorities, and develop an action plan that leads to lasting change. Beth also creates customized training programs that make an impact, with a focus on increasing employee and team engagement, productivity, and communication. Current and past clients credit her dynamic training design, facilitation, and follow-up coaching model for their documented results and success.
Ms. Kennedy has a diverse client list including dozens of small businesses, nonprofit organizations, individual clients, and corporations such as Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA, The Gillette Company, Nike, Converse, Bright Horizons, and Charter Contracting.
Beth holds a BS from Bethany College, an MS in Human Resource Counseling from Northeastern University, and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies from the University of Massachusetts at Boston.
She is a certified Leadership Coach Academy Talent Management / Leadership Coach, and a certified Linkage Inc. Leadership Coach. She holds certifications as a 360Reach Analyst and in Leadership Circle Profile. Her expertise includes being qualified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® instrument, TypeCoach resources, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, the Lominger Leadership Architect®, Individual Transition in Organizations through Linkage, Inc., and the ARSENAL™ stress and resiliency assessment.
