This interactive training class features Beth Benatti Kennedy’s proprietary Benatti Resiliency Model®—five best-practice strategies that have proven successful through Beth’s more than 20 years as a professional coach.
Before the training, participants take Beth’s resilience benchmark and bring their results to class. After learning the model, participants design a resilience action plan to put the strategies into action. Participants also receive a copy of Beth’s book, Career ReCharge: Five Strategies to Boost Resilience and Beat Burnout.
