Career ReCharge is an interactive training class that empowers employees to take charge of their careers and manage change by bolstering their resilience. This class features Beth Benatti Kennedy’s proprietary Benatti Resiliency Model®—five best-practice strategies proven successful through more than 20 years as a professional coach. Beforehand, participants have an opportunity to take a resilience benchmark and bring their results to the class. After learning the model, participants design a resilience action plan to put the strategies into action. Participants also receive a copy of Beth’s book, Career ReCharge: Five Strategies to Boost Resilience and Beat Burnout.
This two-part webinar series is based on the Career ReCharge Training and also features the Benatti Resiliency Model®—five best-practice strategies proven successful through more than 20 years as a professional coach. Session 1 focuses on the basics of resilience, preventing burnout, why well-being is essential, the importance of self-awareness, and developing a professional brand. Session 2 hones in on why a professional brand leads to increased impact and influence, strategic connection, and how innovation boosts resilience. Every session includes the Friday 5 process and the importance of daily, customized resiliency habits. Beforehand, participants have an opportunity to take a resilience benchmark and bring their results to the webinar.
Organizations benefit when individuals can identify their brand assets, are aware of their impact, and focus on how they can best add value in their career and organization. This interactive class leads participants to discover, develop, and communicate their professional brand.
Success depends on clear communication and effective interactions between all kinds of people in an organization, each of them with differences in the way they approach problems, make decisions, and communicate with others. Understanding unique personality type can make a positive difference for individuals and teams. Team Type training is a valuable tool for managers and individuals to synergistically build better teams. Through discussion and activities, participants gain constructive insight into personality type differences between people and create strategies for adapting their style to people and situations.
Beth’s training programs focus on keeping employees resilient, engaged, and productive, and able to manage change and transition within the organization.
I highly recommend Beth for her Branding Workshop! It was one of the most useful and interesting professional development workshops I’ve ever been to. Beth is an engaging and interesting speaker. I left the workshop with real, practical steps I could take to determine my brand and then communicate it! Thanks Beth for a wonderful workshop!

Beth presented both a webinar and a 90-minute workshop about career resilience for Northeastern University’s alumni. Her model and content are unique and valuable and was positively received by the attendees. Her presentations were engaging, informative and interactive. I liked her practical approach so that participants left with a clear action plan of what they would do next as well as a resource list. Beth was also wonderful to work with as we prepared for her talks. I highly recommend her as a speaker.
